Terms of Service

Use of the MyBusHub platform, operated by GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS (SAS, Paris), is governed by these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the platform you bindingly accept these terms.
1. Purpose
MyBusHub is a B2B intermediation platform connecting travel agencies and customers with verified tourist coach owners, drivers and tour leaders across Europe. We do not perform the transport ourselves — we connect the parties and facilitate the agreement.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for professionals aged 18+. Partner carriers must hold all required licences and insurance under the laws of their country.
3. Account & user responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, misinformation or abuse.
4. Requests & quotes
Customers (travel agencies, hotels, tour operators and other professional buyers) may submit transport requests freely once registered. However, only partners (coach owners, drivers, tour leaders) whose account has been verified and approved by the MyBusHub administrators may claim a request or submit a quote. Partners with a pending, rejected or suspended account may register and monitor the platform but cannot place bids until verification is completed. All quotes received through the platform are indicative until final confirmation. MyBusHub reserves the right to refuse requests or quotes that do not comply with these terms.
5. Payments & commission
MyBusHub operates as a marketplace charging a commission on confirmed bookings. Payments are securely processed by verified providers. MyBusHub issues an invoice for the commission in accordance with EU law (myDATA where applicable).
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed separately for each booking and communicated before confirmation. In the event of force majeure, article 1218 of the French Civil Code applies.
7. Platform liability
MyBusHub acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the quality of execution of the transport by partners, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We apply a strict partner verification process.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (logo, design, code, databases) belong to GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS and are protected by French and European law.
9. Service termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without notice and without obligation to compensate.
10. Modifications
These terms may be modified. Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your EU country of residence.
